Thanks Anna. I am also behind on my jobs list so much get out there and crack on. I think I may have just picked the last of my dahlias. And thanks for the reminder to move my chrysanths into the greenhouse
It's been a mad September so I'm not surprised you are. There is plenty of time for those Autumn jobbies. Loving being outside at the moment - gorgeous weather here. Hope it is for you too.
Hi Anna, thank you for your Notes, very inspirational. I'm new to Substack procrastinating commencing my own as a studio florist and floral travel writer. You give me enthusiasm to get started! I'm missing my own garden as I'm away abroad on another sojourn. I know my vegetable garden is surely now full of emerging weeds, sprawling nasturtiums and roaming snails. Thanks again!! Cerina
I am so pleased to hear this Cerina! I really appreciate you writing this and thrilled to reminding you of why you are embarking on this new work. I am sure your garden will be gorgeous when you get home, and meanwhile, those weeds are feeding the soil! Looking forward to following your progress, Anna
I have these ideas floating around my head but it often takes a jolt from you to make me get on with it...! Worth it for that alone x
Thank you Katy! Have you been out gardening today?
Hope your October is better than your September! The dahlias still do look lovely though.
Me too! Thank you - hope your month going well across the pond. So far October looking sweet.
