In my ‘ideas’ file* I have a list of ‘floral notes’ to write**. A schedule of posts to share with you. These range from thought pieces, on growing, climate change, sense of worth, cumulative effort, business, self development; all sorts.
Ideas are filed ‘seasonally’ and I shuffle them about to achieve what I consider a good balance each week.
For context, I pride myself on ideas. I love generating ideas and I love writing these notes.
But this week I couldn’t get excited about any of the ones I already had. And worse, I couldn’t think of any new ones.
I’ve spent hours trying to come up with something that did excite me (and I hope in turn, you) this week. Usually I have a ‘light bulb’ idea and have to run with it. Instead, I have wasted what little brain power I have had available on running through the maze of my mind frantically searching. Fruitless.
